Swap your old hot water system for an efficient heat pump, fitted by licensed local tradies, backed by government incentives, and sized right for your home.
A heat pump works like a fridge in reverse: it moves warmth from the outside air into your tank instead of burning gas or using a power-hungry element. That means a lot less energy for the same hot showers.
Uses a fraction of the energy of old electric or gas systems. The government estimates around $400 a year saved switching from gas.*
Up to three incentives can bring the price right down, assigned or deducted for you, subject to eligibility.
Licensed plumbers and electricians only, with compliance certificates handed over when the job is done.
From 1 March 2027, failed gas hot water in existing Victorian homes generally must be replaced with electric. Beat the rush.
Your $899 upgrade is our premium 330 litre heat pump, designed for Australian conditions. Efficient, quiet, smart, and built to keep the hot water coming.
Ozone-friendly natural refrigerant that does not add to global warming.
Turns a little electricity into a lot of hot water.
Plenty of hot water for busy households.
Backed for the long haul, plus your Australian Consumer Law rights.

View the product manual →Eligible upgrades can draw on up to three government incentives. Where they apply, they are assigned or deducted for you, and the exact figures always appear on your written quote.
The federal STC and VEU pathways are not income-tested, so even over the Solar Victoria threshold an upgrade can still be very affordable.
Check my eligibility →A small deposit secures your install, and it stays fully refundable until your install is scheduled, and until Solar Victoria eligibility is confirmed if you are claiming that rebate.
The VEU program recommends sizing by bedrooms, because households change over time. Too small and you run short, too large and it costs more to run. Here is the official guide, and we confirm the right fit at your assessment.
| Bedrooms | Recommended tank size |
|---|---|
| 1-2 | 150-225 litres |
| 3 | 225-300 litres |
| 4 or more | More than 300 litres |

An adult aged 18+ needs to be home for the whole install. Heat pumps are fitted outdoors. Clear a metre-wide path to the spot, and pop the kettle on, water is off for about an hour.
Older homes sometimes need extra electrical or plumbing work. If your photos show it, it is itemised on your quote before you pay. Anything truly hidden is quoted on the day and only goes ahead with your OK.
